We accept Visa (including Electron), Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Delta and PayPal. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. We are pleased to accept orders online, by telephone or in person. We use Paypal, Square and Go Cardless for our payment gateways.
We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology for all transactions to ensure that your details are safe with us. All information provided is encrypted so it cannot be read by third parties.
Invoicing: We will send you an invoice at the beginning or conclusion of a project, depending upon the nature of that project. We will send the invoice to the e-mail address specified by you. This email address can be confirmed and updated by you if you require. If
the e-mail bounces, we will attempt to contact you by other means. If the e-mail does not
bounce, we will assume you received it.
Due date: Payments are due and payable upon your receipt of our invoice. We would like to have payment in our office within 14 days of the invoice due date. We will send a reminder 7 days before the payment is due but this is not compulsorily and payment should still be paid.
Late payments: If we have not received your payment in our office within 14 days of the invoice due date, we will send you a email reminder. If we have not received your payment within 30 days, will will send an email 48hrs later, if payment still not received then a late
payment charge will be applied 2% late payment fee to your next monthly invoice. We will require a fifty percent down payment on future work. Also, The minimum late payment fee is £20.00. The purpose is to defray the costs associated with collecting late payments.
Credit card payments declined: If you have given us your credit card information, so that we can automatically charge your credit card for your periodic billing, and if your credit card is declined for payment, we will send you an e-mail notice. If your credit card is declined for
more than one monthly payment, your account may be subject to a £20.00 late payment fee. (If your credit card has expired, we will not add any fees to your account. Instead, we will send you an e-mail notice asking for updated credit card information.)
Late payment (2rd occurrence in a 12-month period): We will require prepayment for all services ordered for a six-month period.
Non-payment: If you refuse to pay us, or do not respond to our e-mails, we will make every effort to collect the debt. All costs we incur associated with collecting debts, including solicitors fees and court costs, will be paid by you. If you would like to discuss this policy then

Exceptions: The only exception to all the above is when pre approval has been sought from our senior management.
